Additional Comp News and Best Practices
- As a best practice, it is strongly encouraged to avoid entering additional compensation pay requests into the additional compensation system not more than 30 days from the begin date of the work effort. This recommendation is to enrich the quality of the pay requests transitioned to the payroll table. While enhancing the data integrity of information stored within the additional compensation system. As a general practice, effective March 2019, UHR will begin approving additional compensation pay requests that have a work begin date that are within the current pay period.
